I've had the best experience getting pelvic floor therapy with Blair, Brianna and Natalie. I highly recommend Form! They don't just take you through exercises, but they teach you exactly what's going on and how to think about it. I think this will make a lasting impact.
THE BEST!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Then my therapist(MR) took over with therapeutic exercises and stretches to help with my totally torn rotator cuff. My right arm was totally useless when I started. After several months, I have 99% mobility and range of motion. I have been to other facilities in the past, but never achieved this kind of result! Everyone at form physical therapy was helpful pleasant and cheerful. I went from barely being able to walk into the place to nearly jogging out to my car at the end of my last session. And they have early morning and evening appointments.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Blair at Form PT. Before she accepted me as a patient we did a phone screening so that she could assess my condition and make sure she could help me. She said that she could absolutely help me, and she was absolutely right! She completely improved my issues in a very short period of time and then taught me the stretches that I can do at home to guard against future relapse. Thank you so much Blair.
I have been to 15 different physical therapists over the years. What I like about Form is the various options they offer for recovery. In addition to working with you on an individual basis, they also have Pilates reformers as a part of PT as well as manual hands on therapy. Brian is very knowledgeable and customizes therapy targeted to your specific recovery. I highly recommend Brian and his team for physical therapy options
