I was a hot mess walking into Rachel’s studio. Back pain, hand pain, low back pain, upper neck pain. Rachel definitely knows what she is doing because when she was done I realized I was relaxed, out of pain, and not feeling beat up from too much pressure. Just perfect amount of pressure and pressure point releases! Highly recommend her!!! Thank you for restoring my body to work better! I will be back!!

Whenever I feel that my body needs a reset, I come back to Rachel because I know I'll get exactly what I need. The ambiance is soothing, the table is warm, and I usually get the sugar back scrub to enhance my experience. It feels amazing!
