Well, my designer has been laid off/fired while in the process of design. I was told that there was some type of "reorganization" in process. I have made multiple attempts to contact Form with emails also bouncing back as undeliverable and no response from the main support email. It appears, I may be out the $500.00 initial design fee's. Your experience may vary, and my intitial experence was great, but now I would say use extreme caution. I will update if there is a change.

After doing extensive research on cabinets to replace existing 20 year old wood, Kraftmaid cabinets in my relatively small kitchen, I found FORM. I was immediately drawn to the minimalist look and functionalist program of the cabinets.
