I had a great experience working with Eric when recovering from back injury. He teaches while he trains and is very generous with his time and attention. I have had a lot of trainers in my life but none quite like Eric. I like his holistic approach and he helped me get more efficient with my workouts by focusing on what really serves my fitness goals and helping me let go of movements that don’t. Eric (Form is Function) has helped me tremendously to remain an active 73-year old grandpa and triathlete. He is attentive to individual needs, designing a program that suited my time restraints and physical challenges. The best thing I've ever done for my horse! I highly recommend Form Is Function to all equestrians. Coach Eric Kenyon has guided my journey to supple strength, flexibility, and balance.
