Our experience of building with Form was great, we went from signing to slab down in under 3 months and construction took about 6. The quality is beautiful and it was just a really seamless process from start to finish. We are so happy!

My home has been on the front of the website of Form for 8+ years as a showpiece of what they are capable of. The project manager at the time was Jonathan Goldsworthy. Jonathan said (smugly) during the build he had two objectives... to build a structurally sound home and to make it water tight. My house is standing for now. My house has leaked since day one and continues to, to the point part of the ceilings are now damp/mouldy and falling. The team at Form have been great to deal with. They delivered a complicated project on a very tight block for us, with never ending challenges - all of which were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Building during a pandemic created it's own unique challenges, yet Form delivered our home on time and with minimal fuss. We're so excited to settle into our new home - it's already showing us how warm it can be in winter. Thank you guys!
Absolute joke of a company. Estimated 6-8 weeks for design and quote. The quote alone was 7 weeks and close to 30% over the discussed budget. Form homes market themselves as an affordable speedy build, if you're after that look elsewhere.
