I have been treated by Lauren for 3 years and from time to time by her colleague James. I saw another osteo prior to seeing Lauren when I could not see my regular osteo. I have seen both Kenny and Lauren multiple times. I rely on them heavily whenever I have any sort of injury, from back, to neck, to just sleeping funny that night. I’ve been seeing Lauren for almost three years for regular maintenance of headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness. A mix of hands on therapy and dry needling works a treat in keeping me feeling on top of things. She’s friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
