Dr. Valdez and Dr. Cutler are the consummate professionals and their skills & knowledge are evident in all of the services that they provide. I receive chiropractic care and PRP injections at Form Fitness and Chiropractic and couldn’t be happier with the relief and renewed feeling that I always leave with after each visit. These guys are the real deal! I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

Dr. Cutler is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He answered all of my questions about prp before doing anything. That stuff does wonders! I’ve had lots of injuries in my shoulder after that I feel amazing!
