Trevor and Trevor's staff are the best! I found Form and Function online. I was looking for help with my intense hip pain. I am a 55 y.o. woman that likes to run. When I first came into the office, I couldn't walk without pain, I was definitely limping. Last Saturday I completed a Half Marathon, running the entire distance! My son has a bulging disc from a football injury. He was unable to walk short distances, stand in the shower and do basic tasks without experiencing significant pain. After trying 2 other PT’s with no progress, we found Form and Function. It has been a game changer! My son is no longer in pain and Trevor is working hard to get him ready for sports again.
