The quality of the instructors giving the courses is very high, there is enough variety for the direction you wish to follow (strength/stamina/gymnastics etc) and above all, they create a very health, welcoming and friendly environment, without unhealthy competition. Highly recommended

I've been a member of FORM for around a year now - it has absolutely changed my life, 5 stars could never be enough! I cannot thank Andre, Kate and the rest of the coaches enough. FORM has believed in me when I haven't believed in myself and has helped me show up on days I didn't think I could. Now I'm doing things I never thought possible. An incredible gym with a supportive, positive community and knowledgeable coaches. Workouts are challenging but accessible for all abilities, and classes are scheduled at convenient times. The environment is welcoming, not clique-y or intimidating, and the value is unbeatable. Joining has been an investment in all areas of my life, not just fitness. The community Andre and the coaches have built is truly special. I can’t recommend it enough!

I joined the gym in February and gave a 5 star review. I thought it was worthwhile updating now I’ve been a member for a few months. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The gym is such a positive and friendly atmosphere. The coaches are brilliant with everyone no matter your fitness level or ability, the classes are superb and if you cannot yet do one of the exercises the coaches will help you scale it to suit you. Amazing gym! The atmosphere is friendly, motivational and positive. I would like to thank all the coaches, they did a fantastic job and I have realised how my fitness has improved in such a short time. I am very happy that I joined, and I would advise those who want to improve their fitness and work with positive, friendly coaches to join this exceptional gym!
