I have had nothing but great experiences with Jim and his crew. My kids and I have had a trip of a lifetime. They seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of Olympic National Park and the surrounding areas, with helpful recommendations and suggestions of places that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
