Completely incompetent.
As a local who has been here over 30 times, just drive anywhere else. This is a medical dead zone.
We brought our toddler in the first night we were in town, and they were very helpful, quick, and thorough... and billing was down correctly and fast.
By far the worst care I’ve ever received. Dr. Stefanelli yelled at me while I was holding my baby asking for better care and more tests. Never have I been treated that way ever for just asking for basic care.
