After our furnace leaked water under a wall and into one of the bedrooms, we tried using store-bought floor cleaners with little success. Our stairs also needed cleaning. James personally stopped by to assess the damage and provided a fair, reasonable quote on the spot. Not only did he thoroughly clean the carpet, but he also treated the area for mildew and used a specialized moisture detection device to ensure everything would be properly addressed—something I truly appreciated. James from Chem-Dry did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! He went into detail of what the process was. I love that this service uses less toxic products.
