I had an emergent situation and James came over the same day to clean our carpet. I told him I was so stressed out and he asked "How can I help?". His response was such a relief and eased my stress. I later found out he had the afternoon off for his own personal appointments but rescheduled them to clean our carpet. James said our situation was important and he wanted to help. The customer service is off the charts and the pricing was also reasonable!
Absolutely fantastic job with my carpets in my home. Our carpets have seen 3 dogs and a toddler and every stain and smell is gone. The carpets are like new again. Highly recommended if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned you will be extremely satisfied. Thank you guys!
