We've had the pleasure of working with Suzy Macgregor and the team at Forklogic for some time, supplying lifting slings and carrying out inspections on their lifting gear, harnesses, and associated equipment. From day one, Suzy has been fantastic to deal with — professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing a high level of service. Outstanding customer service from Suzy today. I was unloading a container and I had an issue with my forklift late in the afternoon and Suzy organised one of their techs to come and see me and they were here in half and hour and fixed my issue straight away. Thanks so much you saved the day.
Have Had a great experience with ForkLogic. The team are professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Equipment was in excellent condition and delivered on time, which made the job run smoothly. Pricing was great and communication was spot on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing forklifts, scissor lifts etc.
Turned up on time as agreed to check a newly purchased second hand fork.Performed a general overall service and checked everything thoroughly.Very happy to have the peace of mind Forklogic provided on the day.
We use Forklogic to service our forklift at Food to Nourish West Gosford. They've always been great to deal with, prompt to respond to call outs and quick to fix any issues.
