Outstanding customer service from Suzy today. I was unloading a container and I had an issue with my forklift late in the afternoon and Suzy organised one of their techs to come and see me and they were here in half and hour and fixed my issue straight away. Thanks so much you saved the day.
Have Had a great experience with ForkLogic. The team are professional, reliable, and easy to deal with from start to finish. Equipment was in excellent condition and delivered on time, which made the job run smoothly. Pricing was great and communication was spot on.
