This was my first time ever needing new tires for a forklift. The rubber part fell completely off on our old forklift. In less than 24 hours, they came out and swapped out both rear tires and everything is great now. I didn’t know what I was doing, but over the phone I sent some dimensions and forklift model info and they took care of the rest. Before and after pics attached.
