Worst place ever to deal with! Horrible customer service, response times are slow, workmanship is terrible, you’ll never get a straight answer. All I have to say is run and keep running from this place. Your going to spend money here and money someplace else fixing what they didn’t fix or didn’t fix right!

We at Florida building and stair supply will be using the for lift specialist for all of our forklift needs from now on. They arrived when they said they would inspected our lift and gave us a forklift to use while ours was being worked on! The owner personally came out to drop off the forklift after all the work was done and we couldn't be happier. Awesome customer service at a affordable price! these guys truly went above and beyond for us.

I called an scheduled an appointment for them to come out and see what is wrong with our forklift and I set the appointment for between 10a-11a on Thursday 4/27/17. I called them to see when they were going to come out since it was already past the appointment time, and I was told that they would be out around 2pm. I said ok, its now past their closing time and they never showed up and they never called to tell me they would not be coming. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

HORRIBLE! I am amazed they are still in business. It must be a front for something else because they surely can't fix a forklift. Everyone there has an attitude, they must hate their jobs.
