I paid $10.500 for a forklift but they sold the machine again to another costumer and wants to pay me a ridiculous price $4.400 ,so I refuse. Now they no answer my emails , they practically stole my money.
I purchased a new Heli forklift from these guys 2/1/23. They definitely had the best pricing. Since purchase I had a warranty issue at 14 hours (axle seals). They sent a mechanic out and replaced the seals. 9/24/ 24, about 100 hours, we had a starter failure. Still under warranty. After going back and forth for weeks, they would not fix it under warranty. Paid to have it fixed locally. 1/16/25 Rear seals leaking again, 114 hours, no parts no follow ups over the course of 11 weeks of back and forth. Even after several e-mails... read more

Terrible experience, they wanted 10k to fix my forklift and 2k to give it back to me. They ended up keeping it, thieves.
