I paid $10.500 for a forklift but they sold the machine again to another costumer and wants to pay me a ridiculous price $4.400 ,so I refuse. Now they no answer my emails , they practically stole my money.
I purchased a new Heli forklift from these guys 2/1/23. They definitely had the best pricing. Since purchase I had a warranty issue at 14 hours (axle seals). They sent a mechanic out and replaced the seals. 9/24/ 24, about 100 hours, we had a starter failure. Still under warranty. After going back and forth for weeks, they would not fix it under warranty. Terrible experience, they wanted 10k to fix my forklift and 2k to give it back to me. They ended up keeping it, thieves.
