Pork rib plate with collard greens and the sweet potato crunch were beyond excellent
We drive up from Greenwood to try this place out for lunch on Saturday. Wow - it was well worth the drive. It's the BEST BBQ we've had since we moved to SC 10.5 yrs ago!!! The food was amazing, portions were large (we only ate 1/2 of our meal), and the service was impeccable! Very family oriented atmosphere and you can tell that ALL the employees we interacted with are on the same page to WOW their customers! We will definitely be making this toad trip again and bringing friends with us
Seriously great Brisket and Ribs, and hash brown casserole. The Brisket is pulled from the warmer and sliced to order, it's tender, the bark is wonderful and the fat is rendered perfectly. Portions sizes are painfully large(thanks), you keep trying to eat one more bite before you have to call limit. Now on the rotation to come back soon.
Edit: (9/10/26) This place is mad expensive. With prices out the roof right now, we skip it. The new owners have done a great job revamping the food. The last place gave us canned creamed corn and we never went back. It's pricey for BBQ, but we'll definitely go back. The white cheddar Mac n cheese was so good and so was their slaw. They even have roast turkey for those who don't like traditional bbq. My husband loved their brisket. The juices were flowing. Casual place. You could go right off a day on the lake.
