Great food truck serving delicious healthy food, all made from scratch!
Fork Fusion was parked next to our hotel in Somers, MT. We ordered the vegan plate with pita. The hummus was velvety, creamy, and delicious with a dollop of extra virgin olive oil. The rice had a mysterious purple spice on top which was extra delicious. The tabouleh was fresh and citrusy. The pita was steamy and soft. I kind of wish the pita had been included for scooping up the last bit of hummus but overall we loved this healthy meal from our food truck neighbor.
