drove 1.5 hours to inspect a forklift as advertised. The building is your Sydney branch and i was told there is no one that works there only a machanic which is on call only. Couldn't even get his number.
Thank you Jamie and staff at Fork Force for helping us to choose the right forklift. It was a smooth process from paperwork through to delivery, the price was reasonable and affordable. We didn't have to wait long to get our machine delivery. Initially, we had trouble startup the machine, Jamie (Newcastle branch) and Paul (Wetherill Park branch) talked us through step by step and we got it working well before we got our pallet delivery on Monday morning. Thank you very much guys. Greatly appreciated.
