PLEASE READ. at first the sales guys were super friendly and helpful. Convinced me to buy from them opposed to buying a new Chinese model or from Facebook. Well, I honestly thought I was going to be treated fairly, NOPE!!! I paid a $5,000.00 deposit to pending on a finance application on the 24 of January this year (2025) , it failed, so……. I'm very disappointed i contacted this company when I decided to upgrade to a late model second hand forklift. They found me something suitable and I was advised I'd need to pay a $2000 holding deposit before we could go any further. I questioned this as it was just a second hand forklift and I was assured it was standard practice and I get it transferred back to me.
