Fork and Glass Catering curated a fantastic culinary experience for my friend's 30th birthday party. Chef Hugh not only shared with us about his process in cultivating mushrooms (so cool!), but also walked us through each exquisite course. I booked Chef Hugh for my wife’s 30 birthday party and I’m SO glad I did! I was able to enjoy the party knowing the food was taken care of. It was delicious, and Chef Hugh was a fun addition to the party as he spoke about his mushroom farming and each course! He was wonderful accommodating my guest who needed to eat gluten-free and he created an elevated version of my wedding dessert. It was incredible and I can’t wait to hire him again!
Fork and Glass Catering is my go-to for any event, big or small! The food is always amazing, but it’s the overall experience that keeps me coming back. Chef Hugh is the best—super friendly, easy to work with, and always dependable. I’ve used them for a cozy dinner party and a big birthday bash, and they nailed it both times. You have to try the Beef Stroganoff and the S’mores Bread Pudding—they’re next level!
Chef Hugh is my go to Chef for catering . If u want a pro that will go the extra mile to make ur food the best it can be call Hugh.
