As someone who wasn’t confident with working out Nina has made me look forward to strength training sessions. I am amazed at the progress I’ve made! My weakest muscles have now become my strongest thanks to her incredible knowledge and experience. She also manages to make training fun, a real bonus!

This is the best boutique gym in the East. Nina is an incredible, bubbly and inspirational trainer . The gym is very personal and instruction is spot on. Can highly recommend
Nina is the most wonderful gym instructor. She’s sweet and kind, helpful, totally reliable and knowledgeable. She’s nurses me through injuries and low energy. She’s TERRIFIC. She’s been ideal for me for over 15 years!
Nina has been training my wife and I for close to 15 years. She has done a remarkable job. Nina is 100% reliable, kind, caring, motivating, firm, when she needs to be but not rigid, and changes our programmes based on our travel time away or any niggles or outside injuries. I would not hesitate to recommend her!
