I booked a kids cut for my daughter and the website originally said a shampoo and conditioner was included and it was a 30 minute appointment. My 12 year old walked over while I was finishing up work and I planned to meet her there. Well 12 minutes later she came back no wash, and completely uneven hair and very upset. When I contacted the stylist. She said our only option was to come back. My daughter was so upset she didn't want her near her hair ever again. Would never recommend and will never go back.
Nathalie does a great pedicure! So relaxing with a gorgeous view of the lake. Everything was clean and organized. Book early and make it part of your Grand Lake experience.
