Very good Great customer service. They helped me find just what I needed. A lot of one on one with a very knowledgable sales person. Great prices on a varity of items too. Will go back anytime. Great local computer store that is customer oriented and prides themselves on their products.
Horrible experience Horrible customer service and the owner is rude. I purchased a laptop and not even 6 months into it the system crashed. They say it is the hard drive but unable to help me. My constant interaction with them has been negative and rude and honestly, i do not think the owner knows much. They just want to sell their refurbished items. I would not recommend anyone to this place as it has been a horrible experience. Please look into purchasing new items from elsewhere with warranty as the owner is not trustwort... read more
Highly Recommend Needed virus removal. It was done with speed and knowledge and for less than a third of what the big box stores are charging! Very, Very impressed with the level of customer service and the product. And nothing beats the personal service. Highly recommend.
