I started coming to Forged in Fire on Jan 1. I had new year resolutions like most people make for the new year. I was able to develop more than just my physique at the gym. The amazing support from everyone have created an addicting atmosphere and I want to be there every day. If I miss a day I feel like I missed an entire week. Creating friendships that hold me accountable and people that are genuinely interested in seeing you succeed have allowed me to continuously improve myself every day. Friendly for those that are new to working out and feel intimidated by the gym. The owner is very motivational, the "regulars" make you feel at home. The classes I've attended led by the owners significant other have been fun and educational. Overall best experience I've had at a gym.

Great gym! Lots of equipment to choose from, friendly and knowledgeable owners, personalized fitness routines, and 24 hr access. What more can you ask for?

I am not a gym person but Jayson makes his gym so comfortable for everyone, at any fitness level, I actually love going there! He has helped me set up a workout that I can handle and improve on. I highly recommend this gym to everyone.
