Chris is an all around amazing coach!! Have heard so many great things about his place and they are all true!! Can’t wait for my first class!
I thoroughly enjoy the gym. Everyone is supportive and helpful and patient. Chris is great at explaining and encouraging.
The equipment is always clean and operational, but the best part is the culture. It's inviting to people from all ages and walks of life, and while they don't hesitate to offer help and advice when needed, they also give you space when you want it.
Chris is an excellent fitness trainer, very knowledgeable and will motivate you to achieve your goals.
