Took advantage since I was a young female alone in the process of getting my car fixed. Replaced unnecessary parts without proper explanation and reasoning, went over budget by $9k. Ended up rebuilding my whole engine and within an hour of having the car back on my drive home it had blown oil everywhere again! Trent’s then tried to charge me when that was his mistake. On behalf of my fellow friend, she has had a very negative experience at forged automotive. As a young woman, she was taken advantage of during her visit. The staff tried to charge for services and parts that were not discussed, and she was left feeling confused and overcharged. She was not given clear explanations about what was being done or why she was being charged for certain things.
