Not a gym to go to if you're looking to get into body building/weight lifting (personal opinion/ don't have to agree). pros -turf area for stretching and calisthenics. -decent sized cardio area. -large windows for sunlight. cons -all the weight lifting equipment, especially smith machine and power rack, are squeezed into an area that is not nearly large enough.
