Starting using Forge for all my maintenance plumbing supplies a couple months ago. Incredibly easy to deal with, great service, great prices, free shipping. They really help smaller business be competitive with quality products at the lowest prices.
Recently placed an order that was time sensitive. Forge kept me updated via text message and phone calls to confirm delivery date. The third party freight company was unable to make the final delivery due unforeseen circumstances. Forge stepped up and organised an Uber for the final leg of the delivery. Above and beyond. This company is great to deal with, the prices are great, the customer back up service is Brillant. I had a problem with delivery, not their fault, they replied to my email as soon as I sent it late at night and fixed the problem the next day. Yes and the delivery time is quick.
