Jake knows his stuff. The workouts are easily modified for a noob like me to do. The atmosphere is fun and time flies. I still hate leg day lol
Hands down the best gym in town! Family friendly atmosphere with staff going above and beyond in helping each member succeed! Daily programming is always fun and exciting.
Forge Performance interval training classes are interesting and challenging and fun. There is a class for those who only want or have time for a 30 minute work out and a 60 minute class. Come try a few classes and you'll be convinced there's no better place to work out. No more big gym classes with boring workouts for me!
