amazing lovely gym with kind people & a very supportive and helpful community. down to the owners of the gym being so helpful & answering any questions fast & very informatively. gym has sooo many upgrades in just one month so many amazing upgrades were made! it’s nice to be at a gym that very much prioritizes making sure their members get the best of the best & perform to their utmost. lucky to have a gym like this in ontario!!!

I’ve been going to this gym for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most inclusive places I’ve ever been. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, no matter my fitness level or background. The trainers are supportive and always push everyone to become stronger, both physically and mentally, but they do it in a way that’s motivating and empowering. The staff at Forge are extremely motivating. Thank you, Mike and Stephen, for making my experience so positive! :)
