They were extremely helpful during the hurricane’s aftermath. They tried to fix my Kohler generator, but there was no compression so probably need a new generator. More importantly, he made sure my AC, oven, and dryer worked before he left.
I couldn’t recommend Forge Mountain Electric enough. Top notch service. We bought a house that had a Generac generator installed by the previous owner that was put to the test during Helene. After 5 days of running constantly it finally gave out on us. Forge mountain picked up the phone and talked me through a number of troubleshooting steps and followed up via text even though they were very busy with their service contract customers. Excellent experience this week with Forge Mountain Electric. Arrived for quote on time. Arrived for service call on time. Andrew was polite and did excellent work....very conscientious! I highly recommend them.
Great experience working with Ben & Chris & Andrew to renovate our kitchen and upgrade our electrical service. Refreshing to find a contractor so organized and skilled. My highest recommendation !
Excellent experience! Chris is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, as well as a great communicator. Ben and Andrew are a pleasure to have in the house: they're unobtrusive, neat, and focused on customer satisfaction, they do good, solid work, and they clean up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more! Highly, highly recommend.
