Forge Mountain Electric ROCKs! I patiently waited for another Generac dealer for OVER a year to come and fix my generator that had issues after the hurricane. After calling a dozen or so times, the dealer called back only once, and we never connected. I called Generac to get a list of other area dealers who might be able to help me. Forge Mountain Electric installed our GENERAC whole house generator. After living thru Helene, we knew we never wanted to live through that again. And we would never consider using anyone other than FORGE MOUNTAIN ELECTRIC! From conception to inspection, Ben and Chris were our lifelines. You do NOT want to go through this process with anyone else!
This company is awesome .. 😍 I had a chronic issue with my 20 yr old "on demand" whole house Generac not wanting to start so I called & Chris answered .. she was very knowledgeable and shared some of her ideas what she thought might help and also scheduled a tech to come out as a last resort within a few days .. however with the knowledge she shared I was able to resolve the issue myself and the ole "Tan box 12KWGenerac" is running awesome again ! Thanks again Chris !! And my wife really thanks you !!😍
