After hurricane Helene we purchased a 24KW Generac from Lowe's with the intention of installing the unit myself with the help of a friend at work that is licensed. Unfortunately, that fell through and I was left in a pickle! I contacted a local Generac dealer and they flat out refused to work with me because I didn't buy from them. Excellent work. All levels of staff were very professional and detailed.
Forge Mountain was great to work with. They got my whole home generator installed in a week and all the employees were great to work with. Christine communicated through out the whole process and answered all my questions. Ben and his team did a fantastic job with the install of the new generator and the upgrade on my electric panel. Everything was explained to me in a way that was super understandable and I would definitely recommend them for your go to electrical work or a generator install
They have been extremely professional and what is more important for me, as an older person, very kind and clear with what I needed to do. Ironically, my Generac was put in service yesterday and we had a power outage which lasted a right good little time. My Generac came on right away and saved me a sleepless night. (I wear a cpap.) I have never had a purchase decision validate quite so quickly!
I cannot say enough good things about Forge. The communication is better than any company I’ve used. Day or night they responded to my messages and reassured me with any questions or concerns I had. They helped me with other issues that weren’t their responsibility and are just simply good people. I honestly wish their company did more than the installs because I would use Chris and Ben for everything I need. I appreciate everything you all did for our home!
