I was part of a group that rented the lodge for a celebratory event. While the lodge looks beautiful and the location is spectacular, this rental has been neglected and needs some love and care. We had leaks in people rooms, nothing was vacuumed. So much dust everywhere. Also ovens would reach temperature and there were not enough supplies, eg kitchen towels, bath towels, sheets, etc. Be aware that walking down to the dock can be slightly treacherous, lots of nails protruding out from the dock where one can cut their feet op... read more

Absolutely stunning home! My family and I had an amazing stay! The home is situated in a perfect location. Plenty of parking space, very easy to maneuver vehicles in driveway. Garage is very large with a great deep freezer and refrigerator. Downstairs laundry room is well stocked and washer and dryer worked efficiently. Kitchen was pristine and very large. Forge Lake Lodge is a beautiful and unique home with breath taking views. Should be a bucket list destination for anyone who enjoys mountains, lakes and tranquility. We all enjoyed our time and we want to go back!
