Excellent experience from initial in-store contact until job completion. Very reasonably priced. Perfect communication between all departments. Brandon was excellent explaining the services I purchased and Matt is an excellent technician and installer. I highly reccomment this company

I am so thankful for how quick they were able to send someone out to check on my unit! Matt was super nice and showed me what was going on with my unit and what my options were for moving forward, I really appreciated all his help. I plan on coming back to them for any other work I need done for my unit. Brandon helped me get set up with my appointment to get Matt out to me and was also very friendly and kind. I’ll definitely be sticking with their service moving forward.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service from FORGE HVAC! Our AC unit had been noticeably louder than usual over the past few weeks, so I called FORGE HVAC in Ceredo, WV, to schedule a service appointment. When I called, I assumed the unit probably just needed a good cleaning—coils, etc.—but obviously I’m no HVAC expert! They scheduled us for an 8–10 AM appointment and were right on time. This whole team is exceptional! They hold theirselves to a high standard and quality of workmanship. They are great with communication and prompt with service. Matt recently serviced my HVAC unit, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.
