Very bad service I called all time to get appointment never get appointment I have loads medical issues but they Dnt bother I rang loads off time but office still saying 15 people forwarded to me but it’s not true I left the surgery Bcz tehm services not goood
I attempted to contact Pitsmoor Surgery promptly at 8:30 AM, only to find the phone lines already at full capacity. Repeated calls led to the same frustrating message: the queue is full. When I finally managed to speak with a receptionist at 10:30 AM, I was met with a dismissive attitude and scripted responses about full capacity. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable. The current appointment system is flawed and in dire need of review.
