Had a great therapist who was the only one that took my insurance. Found a new therapist outside of forge, psychiatrist doesn’t want to touch base with her. Just wants me to talk to the original counselor who’s under forge umbrella. Just wants to refill your scripts for about ten minutes then bills you for 45. Billing doesn’t call or email back. This makes stress worse. Not mental health friendly.
Horrible customer experience with billing. A year and 4 months after my last app, they keep sending invoices for appointments I never had. I call everyday at different times and no one ever picks up the phone. Therapy was fine, but really not worth it for the billing hassle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
No one can answer the phones for billing
Giving this 2 stars instead of 1 only because I have nothing against the staff I interacted with there. the ones I interacted with were all very nice and accommodating, and I can say I did get something out of the therapy I had while I was there. however, I'm saying this now. As somebody with severe mental illness and trust issues to begin with, don't trust this clinic. please, do yourself a favor.
