The owner and staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive and will take care of any questions or needs you may have.. very clean and organized 👌 and they allow dogs and appreciate the kids' involvement, which is an overall bonus.

They don't judge you on what you can or can't do on what you know or don't know. You just have to WANT to get better. These folks will help you get there.

When I first walked into Forge Fitness for my on-ramp, I had the most intense case of gym intimidation. My medical history included a rod in my femur, a plate and screws in my wrist, and another plate and screws in the radial bone of my left arm. Forge Fitness has the best employees. People who truly care about your personal transformation and will do whatever it takes to help you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend this Gym and the staff. Absolutely incredible

Forge Fitness was a lifesaver for me. I had just had my left knee replaced and they had me back carrying weights in flexing knee without any problem. Strongly, strongly recommend that if you’re my age and having major surgery, this is a great place to help you recover.
