Amazing gym, super welcoming. The coaches are great at demonstrating how the moves are done, I got stuck a couple of times and they were super helpful. It’s very practical too, not much time used for excessive cardio or anything like that, they will go straight to teaching real bjj

I was visiting from Wellington and have checked out a few different jiu jitsu gyms in Auckland. I decided to check out Forge and they were they were the most welcoming and caring room of guys I have met thus far. Thanks so much Corey and Warren for having me you guys have built such a special community in royal oak and I look forward to coming back soon!
