433 PM at mile marker 116.5 on I40 west in North Carolina one of their trucks straddled the center line for more than 8 miles to prevent anyone from using the left lane because it was blocked 8 miles away. The DOT had signs saying to use both lanes to the merger point but this idiot knows more about traffic volume than the NC DOT engineers. Last 3 digits of tag number was 577 or 677.
