I bought an ozone generator around 2015. Used it about 5- 10 times over 5 years before one of the parts went bad and one of the plates wouldn't work. Contacted them about getting replacements, but no one ever got back to me. Then covid hit and I couldn't get in contact with anyone. Now today, my plug broke. I bought two sets of 2 plate style ozone generator 7 years ago. Wanting to replace my ozone generator plates. Aug 24, 2023, I called in and talked to Mike. Mike was very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended the new style quartz tube ozone generator. Decided to give it a try and order it, and also ordered 4 ozone generator plates for my existing sets. My First Plate style ozonizer unit from Foreverozone lasted over 6 years running 7 minutes per day and I was a happy customer. When it finally ran out I called Foreverozone to purchase replacement plates and I was talked into the new glass tube units with a lifetime warranty as they were supposedly much better and would literally last forever with a lifetime warranty.
