An incredible friendly and relax atmosphere, go at your pace but yet ,you get a good workout, highly recommended !! I’m a first time client and I’m already loving it !!!!
Gami is a kind, gentle soul whose energy is infectious!!! She is willing to sit with you and guide you through your nutrition questions as well as listen to why you are there and what you want to accomplish. I was scared I couldn't keep up and she assured me I would in time. Just to move at my own pace. Take all the time I needed. After 5 classes & eating more clean i definitely feel a positive difference!!! Love you Gami ❤
