It was my first time going to this place I did arrive a little late my fault a lot of traffic, when I stepped inside the hairdresser she did greet me but the nail tech katia barely even acknowledge me, she directly told me to pick a color with attitude. She rushed through the whole process with my nails and proceeded to do the same with my pedicure she yanked a skin from my toe and left me bleeding. It’s not to bash her but i definitely recommend a different nail tech. Blonde Cuban lady my friend did her pedicure with.

I have come here several times and gotten my nails done by technicians who were very professional and meticulous. The price can’t be beat either. I have to say, however, that there are a number of girls there maybe three of them who have a bit of an attitude that makes it uncomfortable for me to go. The last time I went there, I felt a bit rushed when I came in not sure about what color I wanted. Tried this nail salon for the first time and it was a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment I walked in. They insisted I had booked my appointment at a different location, even though I had clearly called and scheduled with them. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, no one made any effort to help — they just talked down to me like I was an inconvenience. Yesterday I had my manicure done by my favorite manicurist, Katia. I highly recommend her. She is very attentive, always happy to satisfy the customer, extremely detail-oriented, and her manicures are impeccable. She truly tries to do her best for every client. I love this salon not only because it’s close to my house and I can walk there, but also despite the fact that parking can be challenging—there are only two spots for the salon and the rest are usually full.
