Sima did an amazing job with my highlights! I had a specific result in mind, and she knew exactly how to achieve it. She took the time to explain the process and made recommendations based on my hair, which I really appreciated. The end result was exactly what I wanted. If only 0 stars was an option... I booked a makeup and hair appointment with Sima and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The makeup was applied directly over sunscreen and leftover product, even after I asked whether I should remove it first. I booked a makeup appointment for a 17-year-old attending a special occasion. She has sensitive, acne-recovering skin and is currently under the care of a certified dermatologist. Sima took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and delivered exactly what was discussed. The space is clean, calm, and well run, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and unhurried. I left with a cut and style that was easy to manage and still looks great weeks later.
Sima is a gem. An absolute artist. She did the best work on my hair and brought it back to life.
