We booked with forever vacation rentals on April 7th for a return visit for dates in 2027 to the same property we stayed at this year. Shortly after, we were informed that the company merged with RealJoy. We received multiple emails confirming our stay and specific reservation to include an email this evening. We were subsequently followed up with an email that said the property is no longer available after receiving a confirmation email minutes prior in addition to signing a contract months prior for the property. First let me say that working with FVR was a wonderful and stress-free process. The staff, even though was over the phone, was friendly and attentive. Secondly, the home we stayed in (Pelican Watch) was over the top as far as location and conveniences. My favorite things, location!! So easy to walk to the beach, pool, restaurants, shops and farmers market. The homeowner even had a fully supplied coffee station which we loved. From the moment we walked in Destin Towers, we were blown away by the décor—every detail was so thoughtfully curated, stylish, and inviting. It felt like staying in the pages of a design magazine! The space was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. And the views... absolutely unforgettable. Just what we were looking for in Panama City Beach. We sat on the back balcony overlooking a phenomenal view of the Gulf. The three bedroom condo has plenty of space as we stayed with another couple and our daughter who drove 5 hrs to visit one night. The condo is very updated, clean, organized and just overall a beautiful place. Located directly on the beach with plenty of reclining chairs available and fun rental watercraft and more.
