I've never been one for exercise, so this has been an experiment. In total, I made five workouts my first week (Monday-Thursday and then this morning, Saturday) and, apart from a fair degree of soreness, I'm feeling good about the start. Monday and Wednesday were Spin classes - 30-minute intensives on a stationary bike with a variety of speed, resistance, and positions as called out by the instructor. I am a Les Mills instructor and love to take classes when I travel. I found Forever Strong online and signed up for a BodyPump class. The instructor Jen, who is also the owner, taught a fantastic class. I was welcomed when I arrived and felt right at home in this class. Facilities are clean, equipment is top notch, staff and members are very warm, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this club and will visit again next time I am in Bozeman, MT.
The classes are “enjoyable” and offer a great variety for working out. The instructors are great with working with you if you need modifications. I highly recommend Forever Strong.
