Shopping for flowers on their website was easy to navigate. Arrangements are reasonably priced and beautiful. I shopped all over a week prior to my order, for the perfect arrangement to gift my bestfriend who just had her first baby. I wanted to shower her with love. Thank you for the prompt delivery and beautiful arrangement! She loves them!

The lady was Very rude and unfriendly, I went to get information on a bridal bouquet and she said she didn't have time for it. Like WHAT!?! Also the place looks like a pet shop with barking dogs and cats all over
To say I was disappointed in the funeral arrangement I ordered would be an understatement. It was a far cry from the description on the funeral website. Take your time and visit your local florist before ordering via "The Sympathy Store". It was quite embarrassing to be honest, so terribly disappointing.
