The lady was Very rude and unfriendly, I went to get information on a bridal bouquet and she said she didn't have time for it. Like WHAT!?! Also the place looks like a pet shop with barking dogs and cats all over
To say I was disappointed in the funeral arrangement I ordered would be an understatement. It was a far cry from the description on the funeral website. Take your time and visit your local florist before ordering via "The Sympathy Store". It was quite embarrassing to be honest, so terribly disappointing.
Do not do business with is place! I went in to order flowers for my Fathers services, and the person( I would call her a lady but she doesn’t deserve that much respect) was extremely rude and ugly!!!!!! I’m so happy I took my 1500 dollar order of flowers elsewhere!!!!
