*UPDATE in response to their reply. To be more clear a procedure called “scaling” for periodontal disease (which I was unaware I had??) was done to my teeth without my consent. I know this procedure happened after it was explained to me because I was the one who experienced it. Apparently the procedure is supposed to done with numbing as it’s painful and that was never offered to me either. I had left the office after my appointment and was crying. I went in for a root canal today. Had probably the best experience I ever have had at a dentist office. I am beyond satisfied and so grateful. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two who assisted me today. I Highly recommend to anyone seeking a great experience and great results. A BIG Thank you to Forever Smiles!!!
