I have made signs for two of my offices with this company and had an ok experience. Just contacted them to replace the whole front of the lightboxes with the new graphics as I redesigned my logo, for my surprise I received an email from the owner saying the following four words and nothing else “we don’t do that” that was the answer of the owner to a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with his company.
