HORRIBLE! Save your time and the drive! No parking, street parking ONLY. Scheduled an appointment the owner left me waiting for 2 hours outside, never called me back but was able to text me… she scheduled me at 4pm NEVER showed and never answered my calls, but she did text me to say sorry come back tomorrow at 4pm! NO THANK YOU!
I rented a tux for my son for a quince that he is in. They gave him the wrong shoes. I called and spoke to someone and they told me they would give me a call back and they never did. I've been calling them with no answer. I'm very upset because they don't return any of my calls and I spent a lot of money on my son's rental. I would never recommend this place. Very unprofessional.
