I’ve been going for adjustments for the past six months and very pleased with the care I’m receiving. Dr Onya takes time to explain to me what’s going on with my posture and how it affects my alignment. She gives me suggestions as what exercises to do to help with flexibility and increase strength to improve stability so my back and hips won’t hurt so much. I had an amazing experience at FOYM Chiropractic today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Christy took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The adjustment itself was incredible—I walked out feeling so much better! You can tell they truly care about their patients and their well-being. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
